As a solopreneur, I understand how stressful and chaotic life can be. As a counselor, I know that most people really care about their well-being. And as a human, experienced the consequences of living in a place of chronic dis-ease.

It takes courage to admit that you may be struggling or feeling stuck. Reaching out for help does not mean that you’ve failed. If anything, it proves your determination to grow beyond your current challenges. Sometimes the toughest part can be getting started.

A little more about me…

I became certified in Kundalini Yoga in 2021 because I wanted to provide clients with natural and evidence-based techniques for nervous system regulation.

Through this practice, I can help clients connect with and harness their ability to manage their emotions and empower themselves using their breath in precise ways. This integration brings together the mind-body connection in a way that allows clients to find sustainable, self-directed ways to influence their well-being.

Mind Space Mental Wellness Counseling Is a safe place where life experiences are honored individually, and all people are treated with unconditional positive regard. My Clients

I work with individuals experiencing persistent symptoms of anxiety and panic. I use evidenced based mind-body counseling techniques to help my clients calm their nervous systems, without medication, and naturally achieve a more balanced state of mind.

My clients are people who actively work to create positive change. I empower clients to tap into their internal wisdom and teach them skills to help them improve their mental state. My clients tell me I am friendly and direct. People who work with me seek integrative therapy including talk, aroma, breath, and cognitive work.

My Approach

I am trained and experienced in working with the following challenges: symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, grief and loss, bipolar disorder diagnosis, trauma from upbringing, and relationship problems. I use evidenced based counseling techniques to help people calm their nervous systems, without medication, and naturally achieve a more balanced state of mind.

My passion is empowering others evolve beyond their mental health challenges and symptoms of anxiety. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to eliminate unhelpful patterns and habits that are holding you back.

Integrative Wellness Therapy

Engaging in wellness therapy allows people to create real and lasting change. I approach therapy from an ethical, intentional, and research-informed stance. Each session is designed to cultivate awareness and balance through the utilization of talk therapy, meditation, therapeutic breath work, and aromatherapy.

Through utilizing a holistic approach I have discovered anxiety is manageable, and you can overcome panic, stress, and feeling burnt out. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help, so when you do I will be here. I’d love the opportunity to help you find balance and achieve the peace of mind you desire.
